OUR EXPERIENCE WITH OUT TO INSPIRE
What’s in a name – “Out to Inspire”? We have just spent our first summer in our new holiday home in Bulgaria and “Out to Inspire” have lived up to their inspirational title. On time, on budget and with minimal fuss we have a house that surpasses our expectations and all other new-builds that we have seen.
After watching “A Place in the Sun” we arranged with “Out to Inspire”, a fact finding visit to Bulgaria in December 2006. Following a trip specifically tailored to our ideas, together we found a plot 1.5 km from an outstanding beach in a Village called Blitznaci, 15 km south of Varna. The purchase, while different to the process in the UK, was smooth and efficient with the assistance of “Out to Inspire” and following completion of the purchase we returned to Bulgaria in March to fine tune our building requirements, choose kitchens and finishes etc. and building commenced! Contact during the build process was consistent, and queries thoughtfully answered, and when the excitement got too much we were gently realigned to practicalities and reality! While the Building Regulations are different to the UK, they are thoroughly understood by “Out to Inspire” and the paperwork clearly translated and dealt with. “Out to Inspire” is supported by a fantastic team of Bulgarian and English Staff who work incredibly hard to make sure that everything is perfect.
On 1st August, with two little boys in tow, we arrived with much trepidation of seeing our dreams in reality. What’s is in a name – “Out to Inspire”? – well they have done exactly that! The house is completed exactly to specifications and the finish is of an incredibly high quality – the view is extraordinary and we are “Inspired” and living a dream.
What was initially a financial investment is now also a long term holiday retreat. We have had the opportunity to visit other villas in the Village, built by other builders, of which there are many. The finish on these houses does not come close to the quality and style of the “Out to Inspire” work. The “Out to Inspire” team have worked extremely hard to get the look and high quality finish. Without a doubt we could have chosen from twenty other companies building villas, and without a doubt the end product would have disappointed.
The final word is trust. Without a company that we could trust implicitly we would never have embarked on this process. The “Out to Inspire” team understand that reputation counts for all and are completely trustworthy. We now look forward to the next decade of summers in our house and can’t wait to return.
