Sign the reservation contract
Pay the reservation fee (REFUNDABLE IF NOT PURCHASE*)
Come to Bulgaria to view your property
Sign preliminary contract and make first payment
Within 30 days make second payment
Follow the payment plan until completion
Transfer of property ownership
Handover keys
Enjoy your new villa!
